⏳ Zhou Hao has been with NFLG for 15 years and is now Workshop Director of the NFLG Precision Manufacturing Workshop. Over the years, he has grown together with the company, building experience through action, learning, and constant improvement.

What he enjoys most at NFLG is the working atmosphere. Colleagues support each other, leaders help people grow, and the environment is both professional and enjoyable. For Zhou, a positive workplace is the foundation of long-term success.

💪 Outside of work, Zhou is known as a real weight-loss expert. Every autumn and winter, his weight increases by around 10 kg, but every summer, he successfully loses it again. Over the years, the total weight he has lost adds up to more than his own body weight. Persistence and discipline are part of who he is.

His favorite projects are lean and refinement improvement projects. These initiatives help his team increase efficiency, reduce costs, and shorten production cycles. They also bring new technical knowledge, and tangible rewards, to both him and his teammates.

🚀 What might surprise people about his role is his ability to step into new territories. Without prior experience in crushing equipment manufacturing, Zhou proactively learned the process, restructured manufacturing costs, redesigned workflows, and helped deliver high-performance products for the business unit, while achieving significant cost reductions.

📘 His advice to newcomers is thoughtful and grounded: calm your inner anxiety, stay open to learning, absorb as much professional knowledge as possible, and focus on building strong fundamentals.
